Sam Butcher is the artistic creator of Precious
Moments figurines. His artwork appeared on greeting cards and were discovered by Eugene
Freedman, CEO of Enesco. Gene envisioned the three dimensional potential of Sam's
drawings. Master Sculptor Yasuhei Fujioke was asked to interpret the drawings in
porcelain, these men have worked together for over twenty years to bring us the Precious
Moments Collection.
